Family restaurant in the best location. The owners are former national team chef and bestselling author of cookbooks.

GOTT is a healthy and creative family restaurant in the Westman Islands that uses only fresh and healthy ingredients. All sauces, stews, soups and cakes are prepared from scratch on site. Every morning we pick up fresh fish directly from the local fish market. The head chef Sigurður Gíslason, a former member of the Icelandic national team of chefs and his wife Berglind Sigmarsdóttir run and own the restaurant GOTT. They have also published two best-selling cookbooks in Iceland and one of them was published and translated into German. Our couple’s third book “GOOD DISHES” was published in October 2016 where you can find recipes from our popular menu.
